Walking seems more comfortable even at a slightly quicker pace, somewhat consistently. The base of my right hand/wrist
area is not quite as painful, possibly because I am not using it so frequently to apply counter pressure to my hip, neck and lower back.
I have walked 26 miles in the past 3 days, relatively briskly, not quite pain free but with no significant repercussions! It has been wonderful!

did not rush at all. He is one of those doctors that actually cares about healing the patient vs. blaming them. The massage
therapist did a superb job on the massage. I shared my preference with Dr. Weisz about being massaged with oil as it is relaxing
to me and he shared that with the massage therapist. She did such an excellent job and explained to me where I had knots and if
they were from stress and calcium deposits. I felt like I was in massage heaven. I never realized I had so many knots and stress
points until today and I feel so much better after it. I am scheduled back next week as well.Out of all the massage threapist and
